Sponsor Registration
Sponsorships will be recorded when a completed form is received. Sponsorship will not be held before form is submitted.
Once form is received, an invoice will be emailed along with logo specs for signage and program.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and sponsorships will be confirmed with receipt of payment.
Sponosrships are recorded on a first come/first serve basis. If the level selected is filled at the time your form is received, alternate choices can be listed and will be considered only if first choice is filled.
Participation in the golf tournament is associated with the different sponsorship levels. The number of golf teams available at each sponsorship level is limited and varies by level. Golf teams are not offered seperate from sponsorships.
