Foursomes

• Participation in the golf tournament is available exclusively through confirmed sponsorship.

• Foursomes are not offered separately. Each foursome is tied to a specific sponsorship level. The number of golf teams available varies by level and is limited.

• Complete sponsorship details can be found here. Sponsorship registration opens January 15. Once your sponsorship is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice along with logo specifications for signage. Payment is due within 30 days, and your sponsorship will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• The link to register team players will be provided with your sponsorship confirmation and included with the complete event registration packet email in July. Player Names are due July 20th. 

 

 Costco Pairings and Course Assignments

• All teams play as foursomes only. (Walk-alongs or Ride-alongs are not permitted.)

• Sponsors may either bring a complete foursome or bring three players and host a Costco golfer as their fourth.

• Costco Player Preferences may be submitted with the original sponsorship form and again with the Player Registration form in July. While preferences will be carefully considered, they cannot be guaranteed 

• Costco golfers are assigned to foursomes through a pairings process based on sponsorship level. Pairings begin after July 20 and are finalized after August 1. 

• Golf course assignments are determined by the Department Number listed on the sponsorship form. Each of the ten courses hosts a different business group annually, rotating year to year. This rotation ensures that sponsors have the opportunity to connect with a wider circle of Costco associates and industry colleagues. 

• Course assignments and the final Costco player pairings will be provided at the Kick-Off Party on Sunday, August 16.

Individual Players

• Registration for the Individual Player waitlist opens January 15. Once registered, an invoice will be issued and placement on the waitlist confirmed with receipt of payment.

• Individual Players are intended for single players only. It is not possible to form a foursome composed entirely of Individual Players, as all foursomes are assigned through sponsorships.

• Individual players will be placed on a space-available basis after August 5, once we’ve confirmed which teams have openings. While Costco pairings do not apply to Individual Players, we will make every effort to place singles on the golf course assigned to their business group.

• We understand that waitlist timing may pose challenges for travel arrangements. You do not need to wait for golf placement to confirm your attendance at Sunday’s Kick-Off Party. This event is included in the Individual Player fee.
