| Children's Hospital is the Northwest's only regional pediatric medical center serving the states of Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. Children’s Hospital is committed to providing state-of-the-art medical care to patients from birth through age 21 regardless of their race, gender, creed, ethnicity or disability. Through uncompensated care, Children’s is able to care for all Northwest children with medically necessary treatment whose families have limited income or insurance coverage. In any one year there are more than 12,000 children hospitalized at Children’s and more than 232,000 total patient visits. This year alone, Children’s will provide $65 million in uncompensated care to children in need thanks to the generosity of the community. |

The principle mission of Children's is to provide high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive, accessible pediatric and adolescent health care services. Children's staff addresses patient and family needs for emotional support during visits to the hospital and clinics. The medical center recruits and retains excellent staff to provide programs and services of community, regional, national and international stature, and is committed to developing new programs to meet changes in pediatric health care needs. |

| The Friends of Costco Guild is proud to present the Ninth Annual Children’s Golf Classic. We are a dedicated group of friends volunteering with the common goal of supporting Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center’s uncompensated care. In just seven years, the Children’s Golf Classic has contributed its nearly $28 million in total proceeds to uncompensated care.
